Terms

Cancellations On/Before January 31, 2025, will receive a full refund, minus a $75 Administrative fee for conference registrants and minus a $25 fee for guests.
Cancellations between February 1, 2025 through February 14, 2025, will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations on February 15, 2024 or after, will Not be granted a refund for conference registration.
